Good morning, everyone!                                            My office  There’s something special about starting the day in a space that feels like a second home—my office. As the sun rises and the first cup of coffee warms my hands, I take a moment to appreciate the calm before the buzz. Today’s meals were a celebration of bold flavors and fresh ingredients. For both lunch and dinner, I indulged in a vibrant seafood dish featuring tiny, translucent shrimp tossed with chopped green onions, fiery red chilies, and a medley of aromatic seasonings. The shrimp, served whole with their delicate legs and antennae, added a delightful crunch and ocean-fresh taste that paired perfectly with the heat of the chilies and the brightness of the herbs. Each bite was a burst of spice and umami, making the dish not just satisfying but deeply invigorating. Whether enjoyed with rice, noodles, or on its own, this dish brought a taste of Southeast Asian tradition to my table—twice in one delicious day.
